Age Groups: U13 Elite, U15 Elite, U18 Elite
Location: Morden, Manitoba
Dates: August 24 – September 3
Sessions: 7 sessions per groupEach session is designed to maximize:

The PV Elite August High Performance Conditioning Camp is designed to prepare players for the upcoming season by sharpening skating, building conditioning, and reinforcing game-ready habits in a structured, high-energy environment.
This camp bridges the gap between summer training and the start of the season, giving players the confidence and conditioning to step onto the ice ready to compete.
Camp Structure
Age Groups: U7, U9, U11, U13 (Groups will be organized by age to ensure appropriate pacing and instruction
Dates: August 17 – 21
Location: ICON Arena, Winkler, Manitoba
Drop-Off/Pick-Up: 8:30 AM-3:30 PMWhat a Typical Day Looks Like
Each day is structured to develop skating, skill, conditioning, and game readiness:
2 hours of on-ice training, focused on:
Power skating and edge work
Puck handling
Shooting
Small-area games to promote compete and decision-making1 hour of dryland training to build conditioning, coordination, and movement skills
Goalie training will be provided but is limited to 2 spots per group
1 hour of classroom sessions, including:
Hockey habits
Mental performance
Game understandingTeam bonding and multisport activities to keep players engaged and active
Players are moving, learning, and competing throughout the day in a fun but purposeful environment.
