Powered by PV Elite Hockey, Evolution Hockey, and WCHA, Team PV Elite combines elite coaching, structured development, and high-level competition to help athletes maximize their growth throughout the spring.

Spring is one of the biggest opportunities to improve.

Instead of simply adding more games, Team PV Elite is built around purposeful development—combining on-ice training, athletic performance, hockey IQ, and competitive gameplay into one complete development model.

MYDM is a joint initiative between PV Elite, Evolution Hockey, and WCHA, designed to bring together the top players across Southern Manitoba in a consistent, collaborative environment.

    Skill sessions focused on skating, puck skills, decision-making, hockey IQ, and game habits.

    Off-ice training designed to improve speed, strength, mobility, and hockey-specific athleticism.

  • Mental & Hockey IQ Development

    Classroom sessions, video analysis, and mental performance training to improve confidence and decision-making.

  • Position-Specific Coaching

    Dedicated instruction for forwards, defensemen, and goaltenders in small-group environments.
