Manitoba Youth Development Model (MYDM) is a new approach to spring hockey in Southern Manitoba — built through a partnership between PV Elite, Evolution Hockey, and WCHA.

Unlike traditional spring hockey that often centers around expensive tournaments and uneven competition, MYDM is built for players who are committed to getting better.

We bring elite athletes together on a consistent basis in an environment that is:

  • Competitive – balanced games and meaningful matchups where every player is challenged.

  • Development-First – skill sessions, gym training, classroom/video analysis, and dedicated goalie coaching.

Collaborative model for Elite Development

MYDM is a joint initiative between PV Elite, Evolution Hockey, and WCHA, designed to bring together the top players across Southern Manitoba in a consistent, collaborative environment.
