two programs one goal

Every player has different goals for the spring. Some want more opportunities to compete. Others want to maximize their development. Both programs are built on the same commitment to elite coaching, positive culture, and long-term player growth. The difference is simply what each program is designed to prioritize.

  • Southman Surge

    Competition-First

Southman Surge is designed for players who want to spend more time competing throughout the spring. Athletes train with experienced coaches while participating in local tournaments and exhibition games, creating an environment where development happens through consistent competition.

Best for players who want to:

    • Play more games.

    • Compete in local spring tournaments.

    • Experience a lower-travel, team-focused spring season.

    • Continue developing while maximizing competition.

  • Team PV Elite

    Development-First

Team PV Elite is designed for athletes who want to maximize their development. Through structured on-ice training, off-ice performance, mental performance, and AAA-style preparation, every session is built to help players become more complete hockey players.

Best for players who want to:

    • Prioritize skill development.

    • Prepare for AAA hockey and beyond.

    • Improve both on and off the ice.

    • Train in a high-performance development environment.
