These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of PV Elite Hockey’s website, services, programs, and digital content (collectively, “Services”). By using our website or participating in any PV Elite programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Registration & Program Participation

  • All registrations must be completed through the official PV Elite Hockey website or an authorized partner

  • Participation in any training, camp, or league requires accurate submission of player information, including age, skill level, and emergency contact details.

  • PV Elite reserves the right to deny registration or remove a participant if inaccurate information is provided or if conduct compromises the safety or integrity of the program.

2. Payments & Refunds

  • Payment for all programs, camps, and training packages is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise specified.

  • Refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis and are subject to an administrative fee.

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days prior to the start of the registered program. No refunds will be issued after a program has started.

  • Merchandise purchases are final sale unless the item is defective or incorrect. Exchanges may be offered if inventory allows.

3. Program Changes & Cancellations

  • PV Elite reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel any program or session due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to weather, facility closures, or public health concerns.

  • In such cases, PV Elite will make reasonable efforts to offer makeup sessions or provide a partial refund/credit.

4. Liability & Assumption of Risk

  • Participation in hockey and off-ice training involves inherent physical risk. By registering, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

  • PV Elite, its staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during participation in any PV Elite program.

  • All participants must carry personal health insurance coverage.

5. Media & Communications Consent

  • By participating in PV Elite programs, you consent to the use of photos, videos, or testimonials for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

  • You may receive emails related to program updates, new offerings, and relevant announcements. You can unsubscribe at any time.

6. Conduct & Expectations

  • PV Elite maintains a zero-tolerance policy for disrespectful or unsafe behavior from participants, parents, or guardians.

  • Coaches and staff reserve the right to remove any individual from a session or program if behavior compromises the safety, focus, or values of the group.

  • All participants are expected to treat teammates, coaches, and facilities with respect.

7. Data Privacy

  • Any personal information collected through registration or inquiry forms is securely stored and used only for PV Elite operational purposes.

  • We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties without your explicit consent.

  • PV Elite may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with the new effective date.

  • Continued participation or use of the website after any updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
