Elite On-Ice Development

Whether you’re chasing consistency or looking to tighten up key areas of your game, PV Elite’s on-ice training stream is built for serious development. We run weekly skills sessions during the season to keep players sharp and intentional, weekend mini camps to go deep on specific areas, and a full summer skills & drills program to push pace, repetition, and compete level when it matters most. Every session is structured, every rep has a purpose, and every athlete gets real feedback — because going through the motions isn’t what we’re here for.

  • HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM

PV Elite High Performance Program is built for athletes committed to long-term development through an integrated system of on-ice training, off-ice strength and conditioning, speed work, and mental performance coaching.

This is our only program offered to athletes and families with flexibility to choose the level of commitment that best fits their goals.

  • Small Group Development

PV Elite Small Group Development Program is designed around position-specific development, high repetition, and direct feedback from PV Elite staff.

Spots are limited to maintain small group sizes and maximize individual coaching attention.

  • 2026 Day Camps

PV Elite Day Camps are designed to provide structured, full-day hockey development that balances skill training, learning, and fun while school is out.

Each day follows a supervised schedule that keeps players active, engaged, and supported from drop-off to pick-up in a safe, organized environment.

  • High Performance Conditioning Camps

PV Elite Pre-Season High Performance Conditioning Camp is built for players who want to enter the season fast, confident, and in game-ready shape.

This is a high-pace, high-rep, high-standard environment designed to sharpen skating, build conditioning, and reinforce game-ready habits. The camp bridges the gap between summer training and the start of the season, preparing players to step onto the ice ready to compete.

  • PVEL 3-on-3 League

The PVEL 2026 Summer League is back.

This league is built for players who want to compete, play fast, and measure themselves against elite talent in a true summer environment. Past seasons have featured players from the NHL, WHL, NCAA, and Junior A, creating one of the most competitive and electric summer leagues in the region.

  • PV Elite Cup 4-on-4 Tournament

PV Elite Cup is a high-energy 4-on-4 tournament built to maximize puck touches, movement, and fun in a fast-paced, professionally run environment.

Designed to encourage creativity, compete level, and constant engagement, the PV Elite Cup delivers big games, fast ice, and a memorable tournament experience that keeps players skating, smiling, and coming back for more.

Why Train Skills with
PV ELITE?

Because every rep counts. Our sessions aren’t about flashy drills — they’re about building repeatable habits that show up when the game’s on the line. With experienced coaches, a consistent structure, and a focus on details, we help players develop the tools that actually matter. Less fluff, more function.

2026 on-ice programming overview

Welcome to the 2026 PV Elite On-Ice Program. This year, our focus is simple:

Build more complete hockey players by improving every layer of our development model.

That starts with the additions we’ve made to raise the standard of this program. We’ve expanded our off-ice curriculum with a full 14-session strength progression at the Mitch Dyck Performance Centre, increased our sprint and acceleration work through dedicated track sessions, and introduced the PV Elite Shooting Lab to give athletes daily opportunities to improve shot speed, release mechanics, and puck-touch volume through reps and analysis.

On the ice, our teaching structure has been updated to emphasize pace, decision-making, and skill execution under pressure—mirroring the demands of junior and collegiate hockey.

The 2026 On-Ice Program is built for athletes who are committed to genuine improvement—players who show up with purpose, engage fully in every part of the process, and hold themselves to a standard that reflects where they want to go.

If you bring that level of commitment, this program will push your game forward in a real and measurable way.
